I'm not satisfied with the way this turned out, but I do like the butterflies, so I'm uploading it. I'll probably be redoing this entirely in the future.
Titled after a song by Bon Iver.

Critique always appreciated. And don't hesitate to point out and inconsistencies in color if you happen to see them, as my monitor mucks dark colors together as blacks.

I had to finish this by a certain time, so unfortunately, the tattoos got left out. He does have them though, and later on I'll put them in.. but, once again, for the sake of time they had to be left out ):

Gawd, that is one sexy butterfly.
I'm totally diggin' the shading on both of the figures. It just adds this sort o' this fluid, dramatic feel to the characters.

nevermind that. I re-opened, and yes, the colors were indeed a bit strange in the first version, I just wasn't sure if it was intended or not.

btw. checked out song, really nice. I liked and downloaded it.

Oh myy. If the colors ever look strange, please don't hesitate to say so. My monitors shit,and it makes colors (dark colors especially) look very blotchy.

Glad you liked the song! I couldn't stop listening to it when I first heard it.Though now I'm sick of it from lsitening too much :P
